Refund & Returns Policy 

You can ask us for a refund or replacement if there is a problem with the goods you receive, if those goods were purchased from, as per the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”).

Subject to our obligations under the ACL, our return policy is as follows.

1. Please email us at within 30 days of purchase so that we can resolve any problems and give further instructions as to how and where to return the product. This return policy only applies to defective goods, or goods that otherwise qualify for a refund or exchange pursuant to the ACL.

2. The refund or replacement of the item will be processed promptly once the item is received and assessed by Magformers Australia to qualify for refund or exchange.

3. If the item is to be replaced, a replacement will be sent out ASAP. 

4. If the item is to be refunded, the cost of the item will be promptly refunded via the original method of payment (eg. Paypal or Bank). 

5. You will be advised via email once the replacement is sent out or once the refund is completed. 

6. If you are not happy with your purchase for reasons that do not qualify for refund or exchange under the ACL, please email us at with a description of the issue and we will respond accordingly. We will resolve any such issue on a case by case basis, at our sole discretion.
